HerGenes is an experimental computational-biology platform for women's body optimization. It combines your genetics, check-ins, and cycle to surface patterns and suggestions. It is not a medical device, not diagnostic, and not a substitute for professional medical care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use HerGenes, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your data.

The insights HerGenes provides are experimental and informational only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a replacement for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a professional before making health decisions, and never disregard medical advice because of something you read here.

You agree to use HerGenes for your own personal, non-commercial use, to keep your account secure, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.

HerGenes is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerGenes and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its experimental insights.

HerGenes owns the platform, software, and content we create. You retain ownership of your genetic data and the personal information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings, which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
